For your offerding consideration today, we have a fancy pair of antique Victorian lace up boots or shoes. They are made of a paisley brocade fabric, the eyelet area, the heel and the toe area, and the reinforcement area at the back of the boots,are made of creamy white leather. All metal tips are present on the tips of the laces. The toe area has a punched design , and there is a little scallop near the eyelet area. These must have been some expensive shoes in their day!!! As fab as these shoes are, they do have some age related issues. There is some soiling, some spots, some darkening, and there is some wear, splitting at the tops of the shoes, that you can see in the close up. The leather has some wear, scuffs, some cracking to the leather in spots, and the inside leather lining at the tops is damaged, you can see this in the pictures also. Even with the flaws, they are really a stunning pair of boots!!!
As with all shoes of the era, these do not have a size in them, so please do not ask me to guess what size they are, I don\'t know, and I don\'t want to guess, so I have provided the following measurements so that you may decide if these would work for you. When placed up against a wall, and measured from the outside, where the heel of your foot would sit, to the tip of the toe, they measure 10 3/8 inches long, and the width of the sole at the widest part is 2 7/8 inches . Please do not ask me to remove the stuffing to get an interior measurement. The shoes have been stuffed for years, and I do not want to remove it.Emails with offers to purchase items at reduced prices will not be answered.
