For your offerding consideration today, we have a pair of antique Victorian two tone lace up boots or shoes. These shoes are quite fancy, in a most unusual greenish bluish color on the lowers. The uppers are made of creamy white leather, with a stitched design around the tops of the shoes. I am not certain of the lowers are fabric, or suede, but the color is most unusual. All metal tips are present on the tips of the laces, and the inside of one shoe has the makers name W L DOUGLAS BROCKTON MASS. As you can see from the pictures, they are very much on the shabby side. The uppers have some spots and a large one on the inside upper of the left shoe. Looks like something spilled on it. They have had repairs at the back seams on both shoes, and also at the backs, and a little on the sides, where the uppers have been stitched back to the lowers. Not the best job, I originally thought that Inwould bring these tonanprofessional to have them repaired, due to the unusual color, but I just never got around to it. There is some soiling and spots on the lowers, you can see this in the pictures also. Overall, even with the flaws, they are still a fabulous shabby pair of boots!!!As with all shoes of the era, these do not have a size in them, so please do not ask me to guess what size they are, I don\'t know, and I don\'t want to guess, so I have provided the following measurements so that you may decide if these would work for you. When placed up against a wall, and measured from the outside, where the heel of your foot would sit, to the tip of the toe, they measure 9 3/8 inches long, and the width of the sole at the widest part is 2 3/4 inches . Please do not ask me to remove the stuffing to get an interior measurement. The shoes have been stuffed for years, and I do not want to remove it.Emails with offers to purchase items at reduced prices will not be answered.
