Fine quality exhibition quality European oil painting dating to the turn of the 19th/ 20th century - circa 1900. The work is signed to the lower left, indistinctly - possibly of German or Austrian authorship.The painting beautifully depicts this elegant and lavish grand music room interior, softly illuminated by lamp light, with a gentleman tutoring this young lady in the art of the violin. Lovely details, rich warm palette and presented in a superb quality swept gilt frame. Condition report:
