Description Ahandsome largematching pair of genuine English antique Edwardian solid sterling silver Corinthian column candlesticks by the silversmiths Fordham & Faulkner, and with full English silver hallmarks forSheffield 1906.Excellent quality 109 year old sterling silver pair,a very nicesize, with decorative stepped square bases and with finereeded columns. Complete with their original same-dated removable silver sconces, with weighted bottoms for stabilityand with probably the original green felt covering on the undersides. With no added engraved personal inscriptions or monograms.Superbheavy pair, they weigh approx. 963 grams, (including measure approx.7.25 inches (183mm) inches in height and are 3.7 inches (93mm) x 3.7 inches (93mm) across the bases.
Date English antiqueEdwardian solid sterling silver with a full set of silver hallmarks for Sheffield 1906 (date letter \"o\"). Good clear struck matching hallmarks on both sticks and both sconces.

Condition Good condition and ready to be used.No nasty knocks or dents and no wear holes on the corners from over-polishing.
