Up for sale with is THE most Incredible Birks Silver Plate Tea and Coffee ServiceI have ever laid eyes on, let alone had the pleasure to sell. TheServiceis allmarked Birks Regency Plate which was Birks finest line and I am told that the pieces marked England were actually made by the World Famous Barker Ellis company so you know the quality is second to none in the world. The marks also only read England and not \"Made in\" which dates it to before 1920. The Serviceis very large and truly amazing featuring the best and most elaborateRepousse designs I have ever seen on Birks Silver Plate. TheTea and Coffee Potsalso feature great Bird and Mask figural designs to the Spouts and the Sugar Bowl comes with the Cover which I am told had to be ordered as an upgrade and is almost never found with any service. Theentire Serviceis in superb condition with no wear to the Plate andno dents, cracks or repairs. The Servicehas also never been monogrammed which is a nice find. The Serviceis a very large and impressiveset for display and is also quite practical for modern use, with the Coffee Pot measuring 10\" tall by 10\" long and will hold approx6 cups, the Teapot measures 11\" long by 8-1/4\" tall and will hold approx6 cups, the Cream Pitcher is 3-3/4\" tall at the Spout and the Lidded Sugar Bowl measures 8-1/2\" wide across the handles. The Service hasa quality combined weight ofapprox7 Poundsand you can litterally feel the quality in your hands. This magnificent Serviceis fresh from an amazing Estate Collection and we also have listed the Matching Tipping Kettle on Warming Standplus the Matching Huge Handled Tray in our other sales. We have listed the items separately, figuring some people may only want the Kettle, the Tray or the Service, but if someone wins all 3 lots we would be more than happy to combine shipping to save you money.
