We are very proud to offer a 1980 all original Williams Firepower arcade pinball. This is the official arcade version and includes 1981 Texas gaming tax decal.
We are not experts on pinball machines so please ask any questions that might not otherwise be answered here.
This looks to us like an excellent candidate for some relatively straightforward tune-ups.
We were unable to test working condition. The previous owner indicated that it needed to be services and reset (something for which we understand a key is needed to open the backboard -- we don\'t have such key).
The game appears complete and lights up nicely -- a couple of bulbs are out, but otherwise playing board, backboard, digital displays are in good order. Rubber on a couple of bumpers, flippers is missing or worn and needs replacement.
The backboard became dislodged though, as you can see in images, cabling is connected and clean (and hence it light up when plugged).
Playfield and backboard graphics are very, very good with age-appropriate playwear but overall nice condition.
The back panel of the backboard and the particle board panel on the back do have some wear at the bottom -- though not readily visible.
The front steel panel remains slightly open and is missing lock.
Overall, in the right hands this should be a relatively straightforward project to get in good working order. And certainly it can be used for significant replacement parts and components.
It is available for local pick-up in San Antonio. Otherwise, we will be happy to work with the buyer on delivery in the lower 48 states via UShip or other method of buyer\'s choice. Buyer can make arrangements directly or we will handle. Either way, we require that the buyer purchase appropriate insurance.
