Franck Bowman (Navajo) Silver Coral Turquoise Belt Buckle

Recent estate find. The back has a Franck Bowman (Navajo) maker’s mark. This mark is worn and faded. The buckle measures 3” x 2”, and it weighs 32 grams.

The vintage buckle has all the wear and crudeness that you would expect with an item of this nature. The front has a truly nasty amount of scratching, dullness and related surface wear absolutely throughout that is distracting to a naked eye and most ugly when seen with a magnifying loupe. The buckle has clearly been well worn and poorly stored.

The tight pattern on front has a reddish color to it that seems to be some sort of enamel or paint. This decoration has some loss, discoloration and related wear.
