Offered is a nice sized (9 1/2\" across by 7\") Thompson or Fraser River Salish or Lillooet Indian Basket with lovely cherry bark imbricated chevron designs.I don\'t have any history on this basket other than that it came from the estate sale of an collector who had a number of beautiful baskets gathered from travels around the US and Canada during her lifetime.It displays beautifully and is still sound and solid; however, it does have a few age related issues: Displays beautifully and is still sound and solid.
