They do not have enclosures.
Unused, but they appear to have been stored in a damp, dusty environment.I wiped down the pictured examples with a damp paper towel and then went over it with a dry one. They also have some scratches, even when initially removed from an unopened box. Some of the screws have some rust. Please zoom into the pictures to get an idea of the condition. For these reasons, I would grade the Condition as Very Good to Fine.
7.5/15 Watt LED is bright and great for a night club, man cave, restaurant, school, or any other place you want to add a \"cool\" factor.
Perfectly fine for a municipality to use on a public street with a signal control mechanism and proper housing.
