Offered is a beautiful French .950 purity sterling silver tea pot, made by E. Hugo of Paris. Circa turn of the century. Appropriately hallmarked on the lid rim, lid finial and on top body with French sterling Minerve mark and makers mark underneath.Decorated with top quality hand chased designs. Nice size, measures 7.5\" handle to spout, 5\" wide x 7\" tall. Nice quality silver, pot weighs 484 grams. In good condition, with some age wear. One side has a small rough spot, where a dent was hammered out. See photo. The handle is kind of loose, but still very strong and usable, just has some play. Easy repair for any jeweler.See photos.
