This is a nice solid little Granger Special that is in need of a little restoration. It is a 7 1/2 foot, 3 piece, 1 tip rod with no bag but with the original but questionable tube. The tube is labeled as a 7 1/2 ft. Granger Special but is too long for a 3 piece rod, as it is 38 1/2 inches long and all three sections of the rod are 30 1/2 inches. I\'m guessing the factory labeled what they had available. All sections are the same length and straight. Somebody put the rod down into the tube without a bag and knocked the first guide below the mid section ferrule off, I found it in the bottom of the tube and it will be enclosed. All the rest of the guides and wraps are in good condition, the ferrules will clean up nicely and the reel seat will also clean up well. The grip is good but soiled from age and as you can see, the varnish has gotten rough. If you have any questions please feel free to ask, Thanks for looking.
