This is a lovely enamel and porcelain box which stands 2 inches high and measures 4 inches long x 2 1/2 inches wide. This enamel and porcelain box was made by Halcyon Days and on the inside you can see the firm\'s trademark \"HD\" initials\". This box is in the unusual shape of a garden trug or basket with handle and in the basket there is a collection of flowers in pinks, yellows, greens and mauve colours. On the base there is a quote from Edmund Spenser 1590 which reads \"All that in this delightful garden grows, Should happy be, and have immortal bliss\" The condition is good - there are no cracks, nicks, damage or repairs to be found and the colours are bright and crisp with no loss or scratches. The hinge on the base of the box is original and in good working order opening and closing the box with a snap.
