HAMILTON CHRONOMETER MODEL 22 WITH BOTH BOXES- ABSOLUTELY PRISTINE CONDITION
Price: US $1913.00
My great uncle recently passed and left me his collection of more than 150 pocket watches. This is the first one I am putting up for sale. It is a Hamilton Watch Company Model 22Chronometer withboth wooden boxes. The watch and both of the boxes are really in super pristine condition. If there is a nicer model 22 with the boxesin the world today thatare all in better condition no one knows about it- the boxes arealso almost flawless and near perfect. (one tiny little scratch on big box, seriously- its hardly visible and not noticeable) The felt inside is perfect. The watch runs perfectly and keeps great time. No scratches on the crystal. I tried to take very good pictures using a Nikon D5100 with a microlense. I also took a video of me winding it with the wind meter moving upand the second hand moving around. Email me if you want to see it. The reason I am putting this one up first is that I know very little about these watches. There seems to be a lot of information about this model on the web and having done some homeworkbelieve it could be worth anywhere from 600-1200 depending on its condition. I firmlybelieve this particular watch is in the far right of thatestimate spectrum.
