Here we have aquite exceptionaland quite lovelysolid silver teapot ofterrific gauge and weight for its size. Marksare to side ofbody.
Assayed in Sheffield,1894 by good maker Henry Wigful. Year letter b.

It sits on an round pedestal foot.
This lovely item is in itself awonderfulpiece of grand Victoriansilver.
Thediameter of the pot is very large at 10.5 inches and its height 5.5 inches.
Thislovely pot isofexceptional quality andis a mostdelightfulpiece oftable silver.
It is engravedto one side with a delightful contemporary presentation inscription and always has been(refer to images),definitely no erasures either. The other side is unengraved.
KILMACDUAGH is in County 686 grams (22.06 troy ounces) and the overall condition isfantastic. This splendid teapot still has plenty of life left in it yet.All it needs is to be used!
One of the nicest teapotsi have had in a long,long time. It has a half fluted body and a beaded rim. Is beautifully decorated all over.
All in all areally good antique large sized item to grace any home.
