This is comes with a manual that says 1959. It appears to be in good condition - the red leatherette case has some slight scuffing on the corner, the clasps work. The cord/plug are in good condition and not frayed. The knobs are all on, turn easily and are not broken. I don\'t know how to tell if it works. I don\'t have tubes to test it on. I am liquidating my dad\'s estate and it has been under the workbench for several years. The plastic cover over the meter is intact and needle appears to move freely.
