There is not reserve and the starting price is low, so do what you want. This is a parts unit. The two small meters do work. I believe there were some bad or broken wires causing it not to work. It was intermittant. There is some rust in it, please see pics. It is nearly complete. What is missing, is the mutual conductance meter, the AC cord, and 83 tube so it is a parts rig. What is nice is that it has the KS-15750 tube chart that lists many Western Electric tubes like 274A, 205D, 300B, 350B etc. Guaranteed not to work. Thanks for looking and have a great day.
