This is a TV-3C/U vacuum tube tester. It powers up and I am able to set the line voltage adjustment. (see photo 3) I attempted to test several tubes. All were tested using the #3 button for mutual conductance as per the tube settings guide. Pushing the #3 button in all casescaused the meter needle to deflect all the way to the right side of the meter. Unit is not DOA and the meter is not DOA but the unit appears to need repair.
