So-called dollar HK 294 struck at the US Mint Exhibit at the South Carolina Interstate and West Indian Exposition held in Charleston in 1901-02. Gilt brass, 34mm, nice AU/BU condition, shows a little bit of rub on the high spots. See pics.
Medal is rated R5 in the book on so-called dollars by Hibler & Kappen and is valued at $100-300 in circulated condition and $300-600 in uncirculated condition in the recently published value guide.
