Ifyou receive any of our products which you are not fully satisfied, simply return the item to us within 30 days, in the condition that you have received it, and we will happily offer an exchange or refund.
All returns MUST be authorised before goods are returned.
With exchanges, please contact us for total freight cost which covers two-way postage.
Pleasenote: For items listed with free postage, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred. This postage cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. Before sending items back, please contact us and we can advise the freight amount to be deducted from the refund.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All returns MUST be authorised before goods are returned.
Allitems returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must bereturned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted.
Pleaseensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and ripsas they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
FAULTY ITEMS
Ifyou have received a faulty item, please contact us. Please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed. A refund or replacement may be offered under our discretion. In the cases where we request for the item to be sent back, a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return cost of the faulty item.
