All orders are shipped either the same day or the next working day from the day of payment.
Please ensure that you have provided us with your updated postal information. Always update your personal information on both & Paypal if you have moved since ORDERS are shipped via Regular Post & includes tracking. Please allow approx. 2- 4 working days for deliveries to QLD & NSW compared to 5 - 7 working days for WA/TAS & NT.
If you require Express Shipping, we can only list it when we have used calculated freight for the listing. When the listing is a Free Freight listing, it is impossible to come up with a flat Express Rate for the whole of Australia for items over 500g.
If this is the case, please ask for an Express Quote. Usually for Eastern Australia, Express quotes are very reasonable, but can blow out with more remote ORDERS are shipped via Registered Post International & include insurance & tracking.
Please be as specific as possible with your postal address, especially if being delivered to work premises.
Allow 7 - 14 working days for deliveries to most countries. USA can take up to 3 weeks because of heightened security checks in the States on articles over 500g.
You will be supplied a tracking number, but it won't show anything until it arrives in your country & is scanned in on IF MY ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED
For both domestic & international parcels, please check with your local Post Office first. Very often we ring up to find that you're parcel has been sitting at your local PO for a week waiting pickup.
Please contact us immediately, if your item hasn't arrived with 3 weeks of being posted & is not at your PO.
