The dolls are in fantastic condition and include BOXED DOLLS, A BEAUTIFUL FASHION QUEEN, THREE BUBBLECUTS, 1st ISSUE SKIPPER AND SCOOTER AND MORE! You may assume dolls have no green ears, noneck splits, no loose limbs and no missing hair plugs, fingers, toes or nosesunless noted below. Dolls will exhibit some playwear (minor scratches and dings) that I will not describe in detail. They may also need additional cleaning as they are being sold as I received them. I do not have dolls repainted or touched-up unless I intend to keep them for my own collection. Therefore, I am unaware of any touchups on these dolls but will mention it if I think any paint is not original.

BOXED DOLLS:
BLONDE MIDGE: This is a first issue, painted-legs Midge in excellent condition! She has very few marks on her painted legs which is rare! Her lips are a little thin and her original swimsuit (OSS) is TLC with runs and holes.but, to my knowledge, original to her. Her box is in good vintage condition
TITIAN MIDGE: Doll and OSS are in fantastic condition! Midge is a short, tight flip with side-glancing eyes and TEETH doll. Her box is TLC with the top missing a side panel (included) and top end flap- (not included.) The box bottom is missing an end flap, as well.
TITIAN BUBBLECUT: 1st issue in Gay Parisienne box in beautiful condition! Her legs do need cleaning and she has a small red stain on her right foot from red open-toe shoes (OTS.) Stunning girl with great face paint and perhaps some fading to her eyebrows. Box is in good condition with one split corner on both the top and bottom boxes. The box has the price sticker ($2.69 from Stix Baer Fuller.) The identifying sticker is almost scratched but you can see this was a bubblecut box and this is the doll that come in the box.
BLONDE #4 PONYTAIL: GORGEOUS DOLL! She is beautiful and is on a nippled body! She has smoky eyeshadow and factory blush! Her paint is excellent with a very small lash rub. Her hair is in its original topknot but it has slipped down. The bottom band is gone. She has a tiny black spot on her back that can probably be removed. There is the tiniest touch of green just at the earring holes on both ears. Her box just says \"Blonde.\" It does have vintage wear but is sturdy overall.
BOXED BLONDE PAINTED-HAIR KEN:EXCELLENT condition with only the slightest paint rub to the front of his hair probably from storage!His head might be slightly darker than his body. Box is good but box bottom has tape on all four corners.
BOXED FLOCKED-HAIR KEN:Nice condition but flocking is spotty, great face paint and tight limbs.He could use a more thorough cleaning. His box has some damage mostly to the bottom portion of the box.
BOXED BRUNETTE PAINTED HAIR KEN: This is a SHORTY Ken with faded head and legs; his arms are slightly faded. He has a few tiny hair rubs and a small rub in his right eyebrow. His box is in good condition and had, at one time, a strange, computer-punch card taped to the back of the box. I have no idea why! The card is included in the box.
BOXED ALLAN: Allanis in great condition! There are a few, tiny rubs on the back of his head from storage. His right arm is a little looser than his right but not swingy. His box has some damage and the top end flap is missing.
BOXED #4 BRUNETTE PONYTAIL: Pretty doll withtons of poodle bangs but the end of her ponytail has been trimmed.I don\'t think her topknot is original.Lovely face paint except her lip paint is nearly all missing.Her eyebrows and eyes with smoky shadow are great!Very pretty doll overall!Her box is in sturdy, vintage condition and is marked \"Brunette.\"
BOXED PLATINUM BUBBLECUT: Gorgeous doll with great face paint! Her hair is still a light blonde color and is a little flat on top from storage. She could use a more thorough cleaning. I noticed a small, faint orange spot on the back of one thigh. Her box has one split corner on both the top and bottom.
BOXED PLATINUM BUBBLECUT: Another gorgeous doll with great face paint! Her lips have turned white with some pink color left in the center. Her hair is still a light blonde color. She has a small amount of green mostly covered by her pearl earrings. Her box has some damage with the top end flap missing.
BOXED TITIAN SKIPPER: 1st edition doll with a pretty face that is slightly darker than her body. Her lips look to be turning white or maybe they are just rubbed (?). Her hair will need restyling from storage. She does not have her metal headband and there is no green from her original headband. Her scalp is painted. Her box is in good condition with a little, light water staining. Includes the original cardboard liner, shoes, brush and comb.
BOXED BRUNETTE SCOOTER: Nice doll with original hair ribbons. Her lips are faded and her head is a little faded, as well. Her box is nice and sturdy. Includes shoes, brush and comb.
BRUNETTE SWIRL PONYTAIL: Very pretty girl with silky, shiny hair. In the right light, her hair seems to have a reddish tint. Her face paint is great with a very tiny right eyelash rub. I\'m not sure if her hair has been cut but it definitely needs to be restyled. The long part for the topknot is present. She comes with her gold stand.
BLONDE #5 PONYTAIL: Simply stunning girl! She has beautiful face paint with factory blush! She is a little shiny but does not seem to be greasy. Her left eyebrow is a little lighter than her right. Her hair is in the original topknot but the bottom band is gone. She retains some of her original hard-curl set. She has a tiny touch of green just in the earring hole on her right ear. Her left ear has a little more green almost covered by her earring and a very small slit at the earring hole.
BLONDE #4 PONYTAIL: This doll is so CUTE! She has huge eyes, a touch of factory blush and little cupid-bow lips! I\'ve never seen another quite like her! She has a somewhat soft vinyl body. Her hair is in its original set, including the bottom band which is hard and cracked. Her original hard curl has loosened. Her bang are not as tight as most #4\'s, again, a rather unique aspect! She does have a slight lip rub on her upper lip on the right side and some fading to the right corner. She does have green ears not covered by her earrings. The green is light in color but is very present. Her unique look more than makes up for her flaws!
BRUNETTE FLOCKED-HAIR KEN: 1st issue Ken with light brown hair. This doll is rare! His flocking is good with a little patch missing at his left temple and a small rub in the back on the right side. His face looks \"different\" from the other #1 Ken dolls. He is is overall nice condition.
BRUNETTE FLOCKED-HAIR KEN: 1st issue Ken with dark brown hair. He is in great condition with a small round hard spot on the back of his head...not sure what might have caused it. He looks great, though, and will make a great date for Barbie!
BLONDE #4 PONYTAIL: Very pretty girl with a super long ponytail! She has her original topknot but the bottom band is gone. Her body shows some playwear and she could use her lips repainted. She has some light green staining on her ears, not too obvious...I almost missed it. She also has the softer vinyl body.
BRUNETTE #4 PONYTAIL: Identical description for the above #4 except she does not have her original topknot and I\'m pretty sure her ponytail has been trimmed. I noticed two or three empty hair plugs at her right temple but her bangs cover them. She could use a cleaning! She has a tiny chip in her right shoulder but her arms are both tight. Her right hand feels a little rough and there is a small indentation on her left foot that would be covered by any shoe.
FASHION QUEEN:When I first saw this doll I would have sworn she was never played with,she is that nice! She has no paint rubs that I can see. Her face is the wider, American Girl face. She also has painted legs that have a few scratches on her upper, right thigh in the back. There is one tiny scratch on the inside upper thigh of the same leg. Her stance is a bit wide. Her OSS is in great condition.She has only the tiniest, faintest rubs to her hair paint, probably fromstorage, and her accessories are nearly perfect!Her wig stand has the usual melt marks from the wigs but the wigs are loose now and in good condition.
FRANCIE WITH GROWIN\' PRETTY HAIR: Francie is a bit out of place in this collection but I bought her to display the beautiful \"Two for the Ball\" ensemble so she goes with the outfit.☺ Her face is faded but she has blush and great eyelashes. Her hair does not retract (at least I don\'t think it does but I have no idea how to make it retract!) Her left earlobe is a little rough and has a few extra earring holes. Her knees bend and click as they should but she does have some faint staining to her body, mostly on her legs. Her OSS is nice but the net overlay is a little ragged at the bottom. Her Kaiser doll stand is NOT included, sorry!
I believe that covers the dolls but please let me know ifI missed anything or you need additional information. Now for the clothing... Some items may need steaming or pressing, some may have a loose snap and some may have vintage discoloration due to age. I have tried my best to include only quality items in this lot.
CLOTHING ENSEMBLES:
CAMPUS BELLE DRESSES IN DEEP BLUE AND ROSE SHANTUNG SILK: These dresses are just beautiful with theiriridescent, light-reflecting fabric! The blue dressdoes show some stress at the bodice seam and a few rubs or pulls in the lace. There may be some other minor imperfections I did not notice. Both are rare pieces will display beautifully!
SKIPPER JUNIOR BRIDESMAID: Stunning and near mint! The pink color is bright and the fabric is crisp! The original slip is also included. I seem to remember a small separation in one tie from the slip in the back but this is a very minor imperfection.
BEAUTIFUL BRIDE: This ensemble earns its name! Simply beautiful! The dress is excellent with a few minor flaws to mention: There is a VERY slight seam pull in the center seam of the bodice. There is a small separation, about an eighth of an inch in the right, side seam that could easily be repaired with a little fabric glue but it\'s not necessary because neither seam imperfections show when the dress is on Barbie. The is also a very small tear in the tulle under the left arm. Once again, when the dress is on Barbie and her arm is down, you can not see the tear. It is MINOR considering this dress is usually found with nosleevesat all! Also, this dress is the white zipper version. The zipper is original! I had to check with my Barbie experts on the authenticity of the zipper and, since this outfit has never been reproduced, it is original. Also, if you look at the inside of the zipper-pull you will find the YKK mark of a Mattel zipper. There are no other issues to note. The dress and accessories are clean and crisp. The blue garter and white closed-toe shoes (CTS) are included.
TUXEDO: In good, displayable condition. Shirt could use brightening, the elastic is stretched on the cummerbund and the bowtie is attached to the shirt with a straight pin.
HERE COMES THE BRIDE: Very nice, complete ensemble with no holes in the veil that I could see. Very clean and bright. The ribbons on the bouquet could use an OxiClean soak. White CTS included
GOLD AND GLAMOUR: Excellent and complete. The only thing I would note is the fur on the hat is a little short in a small area. This part can be positioned in the back if you want but it\'s really not thatnoticeable. Brown CTS included.
ON THE AVENUE: The dress is near mint! The jacket, however, does have a few light brown spots. They are mostly on the left side and, when the jacket is on, they are toward the back and you can\'t really see them. The belt also shows a little wear. When I dressed the doll, I kept the belt buckled so I didn\'t put additional stress on it. Both the dress and jacket are more off-white than white so I\'ve included ecru CTS. The shoes match the outfit wonderfully!
BLACK MAGIC: Very nice, near mint! I did not see any holes in the cape. The cape has the smaller, diamond pattern tulle.
JUNIOR PROM: Beautiful and complete! I did see some VERY tiny holes in the chiffon overlay but you can\'t really see them when the dress is on Barbie. It is bright and crisp! The stole is full and beautiful but probably shows some playwear (I\'m going on memory from dressing the dolls as I write this description. Please expect some oversights!)
FRANCIE TWO FOR THE BALL: This is just stunning! Very crisp, bright and complete including velvet headband! The dress is missing the elastic loops for the buttons in the back. I believe the lower loop must have held the ribbon at the waist on that side intact as it is loose on the inside of the gown. The rose on the jacket shows a little wear. When I put the gloves on the doll, I did see a very tiny hole at the wrist seam, probably Francie\'s thumb poked through long ago. The minute hole doesn\'t show when the glove is on.
MAGNIFICENCE: Stunning! Near mint! Includes pink, tulle slip and pink open-toe shoes (OTS.) The fur is very full! There are probably some tiny imperfections somewhere but I couldn\'t see them.
LET\'S HAVE A BALL: Very nice, crisp and bright! No flaws to mention except the fur is a little thin at the corners of the collar of the jacket. Pale blue CTS included.
FRATERNITY DANCE: Excellent and complete.
FRIDAY NITE DATE: Very nice! Rare to find the blue jumper this clean! Includes orange drink glasses with fizz and straws!
BUSY GAL: VEry nice and complete! The right arm of the glasses swings free but this makes it easier to put the glasses on Barbie. Includes both original sketches and navy blue OTS.
PEACHY-FLEECY: The coat is the more rare, soft fleece coat in great condition! The hat is excellent with near perfect feather! Includes purse, brown OTS and white \"leather\" gloves that show some wear. Also included is the turquoise silk sheath dress! Makes a wonderful display!
NIGHTY-NEGLIGEE: In good condition! The nighty has enough elastic to stay up on its own. The peignoir has some broken threads when the sleeve is gathered, as usual. The OTS are missing the pompoms.
PLANTATION BELLE: I almost didn\'t include this set because it does have issues but the dress is very nice with lots of pink left. You may wish to replace the hat as it is missing the inside band but it is nicely formed and looks good on Barbie\'s head. The is some minor staining to the hat rim. The basket purse is more brown than pink. The pink pearl necklace is nice but the snake bracelet is missing.
NAVY BLUE AND GOLD LAME SHEATH: Excellent! Includes navy blue OTS and gold, dimpled purse!
PARTY DATE: Dress is very nice with lots of glitter but has darkened with age. The belt has made some marks in the front but they can be covered by the belt. Accessories are in good condition including the clear OTS with gold glitter.
CAREER GIRL: Very good condition but the body suit has a small tear in the fabric in the crotch.
MOOD FOR MUSIC: Good condition but the sweater collar has a two small holes, one on the right side and one in the back. They are small and hard to see on the doll. Includes three-strand pearl necklace.
BARBIE-Q: Great set with no obvious flaws except the lace is a little dark on the bodice of the dress.
ENCHANTED EVENING: Mattel made a few versions of this dress in off-white satin. The fur stole has the same color lining. The dress in the front is, I believe, one of these rare sets! The set is complete with necklace and earring, although one earring\'s pearl drops have broken. When I dressed the doll, I found some small holes that are over Barbie\'s backside that I didn\'t know where there before but this set is so rare I decided to include it anyhow. I did, however, include the more common pink dress and stole if you would like to display that set instead. The pink dress has some light, vintage soiling as does the off-white dress.
SORORITY MEETING: Nice condition but sweater has two small holes in the back, none in the front. I noticed some soiling near the front hem so I am including a second dress that is missing the top snap if you wish to replace it. Includes graduated pearl necklace and brown OTS.
WINTER HOLIDAY: Very nice! The coat and belt are still pliable, the accessories are in good condition, too!
OPEN ROAD: Complete set in good condition! I did notice some light soiling on the coat. The hat is very nice with next to no fraying.
IN THE SWIM: Both sets, blue and orange, are in great condition! The hats do have some fraying, not horrible, and there may be a popped stitch or two on the suits but the colors are bright! I also noticed a few tiny, tiny spots on the orange hat scarf that I didn\'t see until it was on a white background. I don\'t think there are any holes or snags in the scarfs but if there are, they will not show when the hats are on your dolls.
KNIT PAK ITEMS: All are in good condition! Includes the HTF hat and purse. The hat has some fraying and some vintage discoloration. Includes two pairs of sunglasses with glitter, green OTS and green and gold wedges. Lots of glitter left on the long skirt!
CANDY STRIPER: Complete and in good condition! The watermelon shows some playwear and the Kleenex box might have gotten wet at some time as it looks like the blue has faded into the white. The fork shows a lot of corrosion but overall this rare set will make a great display!
DR. KEN: Complete! Whites could use brightening but the paper inspection tag is intact (as it is in MANY of these outfits!) so I didn\'t want to wash the set. The elastic is stretched on the headlamp.
REGISTERED NURSE: This set is not complete but I thought the buyer might like to complete it to go with the last two outfits. Missing the medicine bottle and spoon. Could also use brightening.
DINNER AT EIGHT: Good condition, some light soiling at the top of the jumpsuit.
GOLDEN EVENING: Excellent!
GARDEN TEA PARTY: Very good condition! The black shoes were a mistake. I replaced them with white OTS as originally came with the set.
ON THE GO: Sheath dress in good condition but seems dingy. Includes red OTS.
LUNCH DATE: Good condition with some light soiling. Included extra red OTS.
SHEATH PAK DRESS in green: Good condition
SHEATH PAK DRESS: White satin sheath in good, clean condition but seem a bit smaller than the other sheath dresses.
MOVIE DATE: Excellent!
COLOR COORDINATES: Complete. Purses and shoes are in good condition!
SCHOOL DAYS: In fair condition. The sweater has a few small holes and the skirt could use reshaping.
DRESS COAT & SILK & FANCY: Good condition!
BALLET CLASS: VERY good condition! Near mint!
SWEET DREAMS: Very nice! One pompom missing from shoes, apple shows playwear, hair ribbon has the silver ring.
FLORAL PETTICOAT: Complete and excellent! The petticoat and panties have elastic that is like new! The bra\'s elastic seems to have more wear so I didn\'t try to stretch it. It looks tight. There are a few pin sized holes in the bra.
BOXING & MORNING WORKOUT: Both sets complete. Whites may be dingy. After taking the pictures I found the rest of the Morning Workout set. It now includes Ken\'s blue slippers, razor (without cord,) soap, yellow washcloth, and red princess phone. All items in good condition.
GOIN\' HUNTIN\': VEry nice!
PLAY BALL: The uniform has some soiling but I hesitated to wash it because the red might run. The accessories are good except the hat. When I picked it up to put it back in its storage bag, I touched the white \"M\" and it was sticky. I tried to wipe it off but the white paint just smeared. It\'s evident someone touched up the \"M.\" Since I purchased it awhile ago I don\'t know who sold it to me. I am sending the set with this lot but to make up for the messy hat I am also including Ken\'s \"Saturday Date\" and \"Sport Shorts\" ensembles. Both are complete and in great condition!
GOING BOWLING: This is the TM version in great condition.
ARMY AND AIR FORCE: Very nice set missing only the cardboard insert. Includes HTF navy blue socks and shoes! I have included an extra uniform in case you want to display both branches of the military however the wings are missing on the shirt and the extra pants have been repaired at the zipper and crotch. The repair is not perfect and should be resewn but should display okay. Consider these two pieces freebees. ☺
THE YACHTSMAN: Very crisp and bright! Near mint fabric pieces. The book shows playwear and the shoes have yellowed some.
RALLY DAY: Very nice! Includes map and HTF keys!
VICTORY DANCE: Excellent!
SHOES FOR SPORTS: Pak items, complete and in good condition!I believe that\'s everything!
