Up for sale with is THE most Incredible Birks Silver Plate Tipping Kettle I have ever laid eyes on, let alone had the pleasure to sell. The Kettle is marked Birks Regency Plate which was Birks finest line and I am told that the pieces marked England were actually made by the World Famous Barker Ellis company so you know the quality is second to none. The mark also only reads England and not \"Made in\" which dates it to before 1920. The Kettle is very large and truly amazing featuring the best and most elaborateRepousse designs I have ever seen on a piece of Birks Silver Plate. The Kettle also features great Bird and Mask figural designs to the Spout and the most fabulous large Warming Stand complete with the original Warming Burner and Pins. The Kettle is in superb condition with no wear to the Plate andno dents, cracks or repairs. The Kettle has also never been monogrammed which is a nice find. The Kettle is a very large and impressive piece for display and is also quite practical for modern use, measuring 15-1/2\" tall on the Stand or 11-1/2\" tall off the stand by 10\" long and will hold approx10 cups, which is15-20 Tea Cups worth ! The Kettle and Stand havea quality combined weight ofapprox 5 Poundsand you can litterally feel the quality in your hands. The Kettle is fresh from an amazing Estate Collection and we also have listed the Matching Tea and Coffee Service plus the Matching Huge Handled Tray in our other sales. We have listed the items separately, figuring some people may only want the Kettle, the Tray or the Service, but if someone wins all 3 lots we would be more than happy to combine shipping to save you money.
