Up for sale with is a truly Amazing 19th Century,Pair ofVictorian Period Bisque Porcelain Figures or Statues. The Figures are some of the finest quality I have come across. The Figuresdepict a Handsome Gentleman with a masked Falcon on his Hand and a Beautiful Young Maiden with a Squirrel on her shoulder. Both Figures are in beautiful Period Dress and the attention to detail and quality is honestly quite astonishing and so much more impressive than my photos show. The Figures are marked as seen in the photos and I am told figures like this are commonly refered to as Chelsea type. The Figures are in very fine condition for the age withsome minor chipping and they could both use a good cleaning, though we prefer to leave everything as it came from the Estate. The Figures makes for quite an impressive display, eachstanding approx 24" tall and measuring 9" wide. I doubt you will ever find another Pair of Victorian PeriodStatues like this, let alone up for sale on and with !
