My name is Isabelle Ashing & I am the artist behind Babies Reborn by Isabelle :) My goal when reborning is to produce the most beautiful, high quality & realistic dolls of which I\'m capable.For 6 years, I\'ve been a professional doll \"repaint\" artist & have had the great honor of being one of the top repaint artists in the world.
Hundreds of my repaints have been sold & are in private collections world-wide. All my reborn dolls have also been sold & are in private collections around the world.

I\'ve been a feature artist in Fashion Doll Quarterly (FDQ) magazine & both repaint & reborn dolls have been in group art exhibitions in Toronto.
My professional background is in fine art as a contemporary painter & print maker. In the past, I\'ve exhibited here in Toronto, Europe & USA in solo & group exhibitions. Baby Carter was reborn using Genesis heat set paints & sealers.
Very thin layers were applied in order to create rich realistic beautiful translucent skin tones with intricate veins, subtle blushing, tonal variations & infant milia.

Baby brows were delicately painted with soft thin strokes.

Baby Carter\'s hair was carefully hand painted over the course of several days & then sparsely micro rooted using high qualitySlumberland mohair silky dark brown.

Delicately tipped finger nails & toe nails.

Lips & noserealistically shaded &lightly glossed .

Very subtle dewy skin texture added.
Realistic painted tummy/chest plate is included.
Cozy doe suede body has 3/4 arms & 3/4 legs.
Fine glass beads & high quality cuddlyFiberfill used in the body - no sand!
All photography was taken using natural daylight, at various times, during the course of several days. Professional lenses were used in order capture the most accurate account of the baby doll artwork.
Baby Carter is a one of a kind doll artwork painted for adult collectors & NOT recommended for children.
Little Carter is fitted with a strong magnet to connect with his magnetic pacifier ~ not suitable around individuals with pacemakers.
