Have not tested it to see how much it would hold. I ended up leaving my 1000 watt inverter in until i get more solar panels because this inverters fan stays on whether its under load or no load i thought it was too wasteful on my small home solar ststem with battteries. Its loud with fan always on and wasteful defeats my purpose. The shipping must have been done on a canoe without water lol. I was serously thinking in my head if Only the pony express from 1800s it would have been here a week quicker.

I bought this unit to use my small electric pole saw to cut some small trees. This supposed 6000 watt inverter hardly turns 6 amp/120v (720 watt) Homelite saw. The saw gradually gets up to speed then stops when I start cutting. Also, I was surprised that neither the battery alligator clip leads nor the cigarette adapter leads has a fuse.
