Package arrived without damage. All items look new, and each box contains DirecTV box, power supply, and remote. I had a great experience. The laptop is really nice and I'm great shape. The price and shipping are phenomenal for what I got. My only issue that have, is the battery is swollen. A battery replacement isn't expensive, so there's no more issues.
