    Works great now...

    I used this to build a socket 775 quad-core business machine. I chose this board because it has a reputation of solid performance and a long life. Plus, it has the rare combination of socket 775, 1333 FSB, and DDR3 RAM. The only drawbacks were the max 8GB of RAM(2GB per slot), and that the overclocking ability is not great. Also, the northbridge runs hot which requires a case fan blowing directly on it. It also turned out to be a bit finicky with RAM and BIOS settings. The latest BIOS caused booting issues, but by reverting one version it was fixed. If using 8 GB RAM, you'll need to set the voltage to 1.62 and get a good matched set. Also, raise the Northbridge and FSB voltage each one step. In spite of all these quirks, set up properly these boards run great and stable.
