Being a seller and a buyer on eBay, it is challenging to leave negative feedback. However, this is an instance where it is warranted. I contacted the seller on December 13th, the day this hair dryer arrived, to tell them about our disappointment. This item was advertised as new in the box, using stock photography and two photos of the box. I opted to give the seller the benefit of the doubt and received a used product with wear. I decided not to return and trigger INAD, but buyers beware.

The item was in fact new in box, the item had an extremely light scratch most likely due to shipping. The item was never used.

BUYER BEWARE!! Seller shipped a different item than what was shown in auction. It was the same brand as the item, but a cheaper model. Seller then refused to respond to any communication, drug out the PayPal case I had to open to the point it took over a month to get a refund. If this was a mistake, then why the fight to not take responsibility? Purchase from this seller at your own risk, my opinion, they should be kicked off Ebay. Scam artist.
