The pic showed product as to be in good shape---however, the HP package had been apparently water damaged, yet the contents seemed to be okay. Don't know if it is usable until the time comes to open and install. The pic display is obvious not that of what was received; it was misrepresented.

Genuine HP made a big difference. Good quality and good price. Packaging of the cartridge could be better. The item was listed, open box (under condition) but there was NO open box. Each cartridge is sealed in flimsy/thin plastic wrap.
