Adapter working fine, but no so good as my 5 years old Air Live WL1700 USB. I was expected better performance since this adapter should be one of the best on market. Even I tried with bigger antenna but result is almost same as with original antenna.

works very well if youre a long way from a hotspot but can still see a small signal , brings up the signal so you can connect at speed to the hotspot...runs on a usb port but needs a power boost if on a laptop from a usb ac powered hub which you can get from alfa as an accessory

It installs easily and has the added advantage of working with the company's Alfa R36 Wireless Router. I purchased mine from rokland and they do communicate and attempt to help with any issues. The thing I like best about rokland is they don't exaggerate the performance of their products.The Alfa Awus036nhr High-gain 2000mw 2w 802.11 B/g/n Wireless USB Network Adaptor is a quality product and well worth the price.
