I purchased an item from this seller which was advertised as "Open Box" condition. The description for an "Open Box" item per eBay is "An item in excellent, new condition with no wear..." Upon receiving it, there was clear and obvious signs that it was used, along with a broken piece prohibiting proper operation of it. The seller was decent in conversation, but refused to admit that the condition was falsely advertised. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and overall purchase.

Customer had purchased an open box item due to the price. Brand new unit is $250, not $50. "Open Box" was even added to the title to avoid confusion.
After receiving, the customer blackmailed us with feedback to get free item. We do not pay for feedbacks. Refused to return.

I love these guys! Super friendly, very accommodating and made an excellent package for me. They forgot the boxes for the gpus but they refunded some of the cost so I could get some separately for myself. They shipped it in such a way that I didn't have to pay for duties and all the rubbish fees that Canada imposes. I will continue to buy gpus and pc parts from these wonderful guys! They team is fantastic and I cannot express in words how great full I am to do business with them.
