There was a simple mistake between the title and actual description of the size. When making the listing it imported the title of that listing. I was unaware of this. When shoes were delivered buyer contacted me and I offered a refund as long as the shoes were returned. The buyer immediately became defense and rude, yelling at me saying I said they were lying. All that was said was there was the right side under the actual about item space. Screenshot were taken for reference.
