I have this Dell XP that was practically inoperable. Ordered the disc and it arrived just as promised. Popped in the CD and let it run. Followed the instructions and installation was a breeze. I used the online activation with no issues. I first tried to activate over the phone and it kept asking for an installation ID which I did not know what that. ( I put in the product ID and it said invalid so I just activated online) make sure your mouse is disconnected. The only thing was the amount of time for updates to download. Thank a million guys.
