Although there are cheaper HBUs out there from other sellers, I felt the premium price was worth it because I knew -exactly- what I was getting; A fully functional HBU, with the correct firmware, shipped to me in a reasonable amount of time, along with TAoS himself reaching out, thanking me, and offering help if I need it. Amazing service and fair prices! The HP H220 card I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. I encountered some odd issues and sent TheArtOfServer a message - they got back to me right away. Even better, they were able to diagnose and solve my issue immediately.
Turns out, these HBA cards need good airflow inside your computer case and they can overheat if there isn't adequate airflow. Adding a few fans in the right places ensured my new HBA worked perfectly! Thanks!
