I did receive my software and it was in excellent condition. I did also receive a product key which I put in when I installed it. However that product key according to Microsoft had already been used so I had to contact Microsoft and spend about two hours on the phone with them getting a new installation license, I was successful but it is not an easy task if you are not very patient

Received the product in a reasonable time frame; was very easy to install; and I am with the product. Don't know that I will use all the capabilities but I'm very happy to have it and all the features available if and when I need them. Only using one install now but decided that having 2 installs to be a good feature if and when my laptop goes out or I buy a new one. The pricing was excellent for the product and the 2 installs. I always read other reviews before I make a purchase, in reading several high and low ones, I bought this product. Some of the reviewers gave the DVD a lower score for not coming in a pretty package, all I wanted was the correct product. I received exactly what I was looking for, simple and easy installation and it does all that I need. Great value.

I am finding the software much more inclusive than my 2000 version however the conversion from my 2000 files is clean when it happens but the files do not always convert on the first try. Other than that I like the software and would recommend it.
