The disk was fine, not problems at all with that, but the product key was not a valid one, and I had to use another one, thank goodness I had another one. So if you are depending on the product key to activate windows, you might not want to depend on getting it from this fellow. I was really only needing the disk anyway because I actually had a code already, but did go ahead and use the code that was with the disk. When the code didn't work, I just used the code I would have used in the first place.

I bought two keys for Ultimate a while ago and when I came to use them they were both blocked. I now know you should only buy a key if you are going to use it straight away. I have also heard about keys not working after re-installing Windows. Due to not having had to do that I don't know. However, in future, I will only buy a key to activate an installation when I actually need it. If there is a problem with it you can immediately say so. I could not complain about the two blocked keys as I bought them over 90 days ago and the vendor had gone.

i have no idea whats so ever with computers let alone installing new windows, i didnt even know what a driver was lol, but i found this easy peazy, found driver and installed on my phone then transfered to laptop, whalaa i have Internet driver and Internet access to install the drivers i needed, took some time to figure it all out at least 7 hours considering im a typical malteaser of a woman(brown hair but blonde brains) thick as fudge, but after learning my new "skill" i did my daughters laptop in under an hour everything is genuine, product key is genuine, saved a few hundred £££ in buying new laptops
