Server Cabinet Critique
Excellent, excellent sheet metal work, NC dedicated bender and turret press work. Spot on, holes all lined up, couldn't have done a better job myself. The assembly instructions are nearly useless. Lots of room for improvement. Use either button top sheet metal screws or button top self-tapping machine screws. IT guys aren't going to have the power tools I had to use to assemble this rack. I used a 1/2 horse Black and Decker variable speed drill to turn most of the screws needed to assemble this rack.Excellent, excellent sheet metal work, NC dedicated bender and turret press work. Strong but needs QA from the company
I bought this server case not to use it for a servers but for an enclosure for a 3D printer. It is very strong and I like that. However I hate the instructions it comes with as they are not clear. Also many of the screws did not line up with the holes and I actually had to use a dremmel drill to make the wholes bigger. I think I shouldn't have to do that with something I bought brand new. If you're looking for some very inexpensive, strong and not very huge, this is the way to go, However expect some issues with it because it is made in China after all. We do A LOT of church audio installations where a large rack is NOT needed. This product fills that niche perfectly! Plus the co. is a GREAT asset!

Good cabinet and easy to setup.
The screws included do not need threads. They are stronger than the metal the cabinet is made out of. This mean that when you drive the screws in, they will tap the required threads. You can also use a small drill with low torque settings on the clutch. Overall easy to put together.

The unit is very heavy duty and yet also very easy to assemble. Lots of storage flexibility with front and rear railing. It comes with a few mounting screws but you’ll want to buy more depending on need.
