The price is right and product is great. You will need some technical skill setting this up, but you don't need to be a network engineer. If you are an engineer, the CLI is noticeably similar to Cisco's IOS, but for this product I found the GUI to be more useful. Ten gigabit interfaces, VLAN, trunking, NTP, PoE (~15W/interface), and tons of other features. There is even different versions that provide more total wattage across all interfaces and even PoE+ (~30W per interface).

This is best switch for a home setup. With support of L3 (which allows inter-vlan routing) and PoE (to support remote cameras), and with Cisco support of IOS, this is best deal among all L3 switches. BTW, I have compared many rack-mount L3 switch, and this is the only one with depth less than 7 inches.

Pretty descent switch for a small 1-5 users office. Takes a little getting used to setting up vlans, trunks, and default vlan but it's got alot of the L2 & L3 features to support a 1-5 users
