Item as described. Packaging was a nightmare. Huge mess (styrofoam) and waste of time to clean. Styrofoam cells now stuck inside the components of the stand. Seller's idea of packaging is to snap styrofoam boards into planks and dump them in the box. See picture.

We're glad that the monitor is functioning, but we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that the packaging has caused for you. During packing, we use sheets of styrofoam from boxes of furniture that we assemble, but at the time of packing, only small pieces were available. The planks of styrofoam were originally arranged to immobilize the base and stand during transport, but unfortunately they came loose during transit. We appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind going forward.
