Dont get me wrong, there is not alot to say about speaker stands, this ones get the job done, Could have been better, perhaps but after all they are speaker stands not Ferrari headlights, Thay stay where you set them, i would recommend to set them on a flat surface (meaning not in a carpet or rug as they wiggle a pinch on it), Overall great stands for the money. I do not use them for heavy speakers though so keep in mind these sit in my recording studio holding my mid field monitors so this is just a review based on my personal case of use. Recommended.

I’ve only used them for one concert and they work fine; are sturdy; support the speakers and are easy to adjust for height.

The item is pretty sturdy however the design is somewhat flawed. There is no positive interlock between the post and base, it is held together by the tension of a single screw into the center of the post. Would not use these in a critical situation. You WILL need to tighten the screw every so often. Would recommend adding a 1 5/8 flange at the base for additional support.

I have 2 Bose speakers weighing about 5lbs each. While they fit on the platform well enough the base is not very sturdy and tends to “wobble” when touched. The speakers don’t fall off but you do get the impression that it could topple over. It is a good price but has it’s flaws.

These stands are perfect for my project studio. Stylish and sturdy at a price that didn't break the budget!
