Works fine, with some limitation
I brought this to use with some devices I have that only has wired Ethernet. As far as working in AP mode, it works fine. Its set once and forget. The plus side is it comes with two Ethernet ports so that means you can connect two non wifi devices and allow them to wirelessly connect to your network. The main limitation is if the device is waiting for an incoming connection, it cannot be found by the router. The wired device has to initiate an outgoing connection, then any incoming request can be routed to the device. I had connected one wired device that makes an outgoing connection, and that works fine. The other wired device is meant to receive incoming connections and I have problems getting a connection. I had to program that device to ping to make an outgoing connection periodically, ... I brought this to use with some devices I have that only has wired Ethernet. bought this product hoping to boost low wifi signal in my garage without having to run wire to it and hook up another router. while the product give good wifi reception in a good signal area, it did not boost signal strength in a poor reception area. the product seem to be well built and the software was easy enough to use.

working great up till now.
First wifi extender I have ever installed. At first I thought I could pair my router with the WPS button, but that didn´t work, so I dug deeper in the instructions and after a few minutes, it was way easier than I thought. What i didn´t like was that California cancer sticker. I disregarded another extender because it had that sticker, maybe if I knew this one had it I wouldn´t have bought it. First wifi extender I have ever installed. Very poor setup instructions !!!! Once set up it helps a little! Not as good as advertised.In my case it does the job.I needed to boot my WIFI to my garage for a camera.It gives enough boost to keep the camera on line.In my case it would not help with streaming!For the money I would recommend!!!!

worked great a first, good range & fast connect, but lasted only 1yr. then started to drop connection intermittently every few minutes-just past warranty. finally all lights worked except server connect so "dead in the water" time for replacement
