This UPS was in great shape based on the listed photos. Unfortunately the hardware arrived damaged and broken as seen in the attached photos. Seller provided a full refund which speaks highly to this great sellers - service after the sale. This UPS will have to be recycled as the magic smoke came out upon first power up! Will need to find another 1U UPS on the market later this year. Unfortunately both of us lost out in this transaction. :-(
