Great unit... MISERABLE support.
Microtik doesn't care if you live or die. They refused to help me with a VERY basic question by asking for a data upload from my switch, then never responding again. I will never buy another Microtik product, but the switch does work well. Their OS is extremely complicated, so if you're up for a challenge, go for it.

Good Item!
It's smaller than the 8-port Gigabit switching hub, and the temperature is stable at about 47 to 50 degrees. Speaking of concern, the AC adapter is at the limit of the power consumption of this product, and the position of the LED is bad. Other than that, there is no problem so far. It is a product that I would recommend to everyone.

Works well but runs hot. I had to point a fan at it to bring the temperature down. Other than that it works great as long as you are careful of the SFP+ modules you put into it.
