The seller of this item has been helpful, concerned, communicative and professional when I did not receive it due to the incompetence of the usps. So far I have not received it yet, but that is the fault of the usps. The seller sent it out a day after it was purchased.

This is very disturbing to me. Unfortunately, this does tend to happen sometimes. I packaged the mouse in a 6x6x4" box, and I'm fairly certain I also wrote the eBay item listing number on the label as well to help identify its contents. I've run into similar issues with lost or missing items in the past. I will file a report with USPS as soon as I can to start the process of locating this package. If they cannot locate it, I'll replace it with another from the listing. Is this acceptable?

Absolutely fantastic! Not only was the item exactly as described but, when the first one was lost in the mail (likely due to significant weather near me), this seller went above and beyond to address the issue, contacting the Post Office to initiate a search, and to follow up when they closed it without giving a reason or notifying anyone. Ultimately, the missing item never arrived, but a replacement was sent and safely arrived.
