Did not come with original accessories, and there are multiple people running this account so I got inconsistent replies to my messages. They only offered a return and no other options to make this right as a return will not let you leave negative feedback. So I overpaid about $150 and will have to pay another $100 to replace the battery. Avoid this seller at all costs.

This buyer purchased an Apple Ipad on Jan 26th. On Feb 3rd this buyer reached out to us stating the item was not as described. Buyer was immediately offered a free return. Buyer did not want to return the item but rather wanted 1/2 of the purchase price as a partial refund. We replied that if they were not satisfied with their order to please initiate a return for a full refund. Buyer decided they did not want to return the item. Buyer must have been satisfied with their order.

    Good Laptop

    Great laptop and screen. Battery lasts 6 hours regularly. 7hrs if you are lucky and arent doing any heavy duty work. Very easy to type on with a good keyboard. Not great keyboard but definitely workable for most people. Track pad is great with gestures and you are able to configure the gestures. not a light laptop by any means but for a workhorse like this, its a good tradeoff. the 4k screen is great but unnecessary in 2017. majority of content isnt in 4k to utilize that beautiful screen and if you went 1080p screen, you would easily get 8-9hrs of battery. Screen is gorgeous though. Fingerprint works great. Not as great as touch id with apple but works well. Only gripe is theres no way to know where the finger print scanner is if you are working in the dark. other than that, it works fine ...

    Best notebook ever

    This notebook is really powerful and runs everything I need for engineering. Light weight and good build quality. The 15" inch screen with 4K resolution is just beautiful, great saturation, white balance, just perfect. Battery could use some work but gets 5-6 hours browsing the web, doing some modeling, watching videos on YouTube, and working on documents. Fan is not a problem or "loud" as people complain. Really just the best notebook for the money. Also the fingerprint is a really nice addition to it as well. 5/5 no doubt. Fast shipping, great dealer :) product was brand new along with the charger.

    Excellent Laptop at a Great Price!

    This computer is loaded with all the "bells and whistles", but at a great price. I have a powerful HP PC at home with a 23" computer monitor so I was a bit leery of only a 15.6" screen. However with the 4K screen everything is crystal clear and easy to read. With everything loaded onto this computer it is not light weight, but for me it is easily carried and used with no problem. I think it is a great laptop at a great price!!

    Versatile, slim package

    Better than expected

    Wasnt expecting too much from a refurbished laptop cause sometimes let's admit.. they're trash! But I also didnt want to pay the high price tag associated with the XPS 15 so I took my chances and I must say.. I'm impressed and very happy with my purchase, other then the minor imperfections, this laptop is close to brand new😃 Thanks guys!
