    Great Value for the Price

    It was just what I needed for what I wanted it for. The only thing that is disappointing is I was hoping it also had a camera to take pictures with it. I am planning to use it as well to order my books and read them on it because the nook I bought does not have a light up screen so it makes it very hard to read in a not very well lit area. The scratches that are on it are hardly even noticeable especially when it is on. Great product!

    Excellent Kindle Fire!

    This arrived days before it was scheduled to and is brand new. I lost my old 2nd gen Fire and the newer ones don't hold a candle to this one. The screen is perfectly clear, the sound is superior, and the 7" screen is larger than the same 7" screen on the 7th gen.

    Lightweight and beautiful color!

    I love ALL my Kindle Fires. I have three different Fires and all of them are awesome. This new one might be my favorite! It's very easy to use. The battery life isn't quite as long as the others but that's okay. I just plug it in when I come downstairs and it's good to go in about 30-60 minutes.

    Kindle Fire HD 8" 2012-2014 model

    This tablet was a great deal and has the benefit of being a quality Amazon Kindle hardware product. I use it to read Amazon books and surf the web. I understand this tablet can also be converted easily to a full Android tablet using Google Play if desired.

    Best tablet build in the market !

    I have owned quite a few Android based tablets, but I have to say, this is one of the best built tablets I have owned. The Amazon OS, while stripped, is nevertheless fluid and just plain works. I actually rooted and customized it and do not use the amazon features. Its an amazing tablet. The only flakiness is the file transfer from a mac, you have to use an android file transfer app, but it works. With ES file manager and the VLC player, I can watch HD video, have the Google market working/ skype. Awesome. BTW, the sound is better than any tablet I have used.
