Tools supplied. Product is medium to low quality. Over 95 % of the reviews say good quality. The "Bad" The one I received had a torn Flat cable. So waiting for second screen to arrive. I was surprised how easy it was to remove old cracked screen and dismantle my iPad. Only used tools supplied. Also A heat gun I purchased at Harbor…. Frei....for $8.99 It made the glue soft very quickly so it made it very easy to remove old screen. I will do a second review after the replacement screen comes. Also See how long it takes to get my refund as I paid for second screen. Will see how it works. Hopefully it ends well.

The install went pretty smooth. Watched tons of videos how to do the screen replacement. And I have replaced 4 different iPhone screens before as my past experiences. The home button is very wobbly and you have to push very hard for it to work sometimes. The magnetic catch on my cover does not shut the screen off like it use to. Everything else seems to work fine.

I bought it with other things to repair the lightning port on my mini 2. I had to solder a new port on the chip/board and it was REALLY delicate and hard to do. I wanted to just to put it all together at the same time, but the repair failed, so I pretty much lost my ipad. It'll be nice to have in the future when I get my next ipad, so. I took a chance and bought this to try to replace the cracked glass on my ipad mini 1 on my own. Repair stores wanted $100 to change the screen and the ipad wasn't worth that much! The screen arrived in perfect condition. There was 3M adhesive on it. The needed tools were included with the glass screen. There were no instructions on how to replace it but I found a very good instruction on You Tube. The hardest part for me was removing the cracked screen. It took a lot of effort to pry it up and cracked more as I was removing it. Not a big deal since I planned to replace it.

The screen exactly fits my Mini 2. I was able to replace it by my self. Tools provided with the screen are very cheap but they do the job. One Suggestion from my side is - Its good if you provide a hand glove along with your tools, as bare hands will leave finger prints on the screen when we separate the digitizer and it is impossible to wipe them off. My ipad left with few prints on my screen. Over all Iam happy for what i have paid.
