Product arrived in near-full working order. Battery does not hold a charge, power cable & floppy drive not included. Not surprising. Booted only once, following times bluescreened. Hard Drive likely to blame, due to sheer age. Shell of laptop has some damage, exposes minimal internals, but causes some panels to be loose, and some compartments to be more difficult to use than intended. Mouse buttons do not function; not sure if hardware or software problem. Every component (RAM, Hard Drive, Battery) within a compartment and trivial to remove. Contains a 14.4 kbps modem, but required a RJ-11 phone jack connection. Given the time and technology, some sort of PI-based phone junction emulator would be needed for internet connectivity. For more traditional data transfer, contains serial and parallel ports (1 ea.) and a slot for a CM-size memory card. However, it will only boot from hard drive or floppy disc. Given that the external drive isn't included, expect an extra $100US for convenient bootability, and/or however much a 2.5" IDE drive connector to your favorite interface costs for reading/writing the Hard Drive in a separate computer. Specwise, is a rather nice computer for 1995, but not so much as to cause issues. Placed right on the cusp of the changeover from IBM compatible to Wintel. Likely DOS compatible without too much issue, but beware: no turbo button, so original PC software will run quick! Also, delicious Yamaha sound chip.Read full review
