Office has alway been a first class (but expensive) option. I have owned from Office 97 until this version skipping over a few versions. I was a little disappointed starting with Office 2010 that if you leave the program alone for a while, it will take forever to save your work. The program will even say 'Not Responding' after several seconds. I just leave it alone until it saves my work and all is back to normal. But it is irritating and seems to continue with 2016 on all the computers I use. Good choice for serious word processing or spreadsheet work though.

In principal I guess it should be good but I find that it takes additional steps to get to where you want or what you want to do. I also have not been able to make my old 2010 version totally uninstall and may be that's what it's suppose to do. I seem to have a lot more problems as a whole. Would I buy this again? Probably not!

I received the key and instructions quickly by eBay message after the expected email wasn't located, possibly because it went into spam and was deleted. It was easy to download and set up, but if your computer has a 30 day trial promotional "Get Word" program from Microsoft installed be sure you delete it before installing this one. The program includes Word, Excel, Power Point, and One Note. I've had an older version of Word (2003) that worked well, and expect this one to be just as good. It looks slightly more complex but user friendly. I would recommend it.

I am an older user and found this fit my needs and was easy to install and use I don't think I will need "Power Point" but One Note does come in handy I am able to use on my Android phone Word is a great product. also compatable with One Drive. This was the best price I could find.

It's a great product if you have time to learn all of its features. If you just want a simple word processor or spreadsheet, it's way too complicated. I prefer Apple products, easy to use and very intuitive but had to go with a Windows version. I'm self taught.
