I am giving the seller Positive feedback for responding to my concern quickly. However, my purchase was not packaged safely - the item (word processor) was shipped from CA to NY in a thin bubble mailer and then shoved into my mailbox (which was not the carriers fault). The poor packaging possibly caused the damage that I inquired about, or it also could have been an oversight on the product being tested. I would think twice about purchasing from this buyer.

It may be technically impossible for one person to give a seller and transaction 'three thumbs up' but I'm doing it anyway. The Sony TCM-400DV was in beautiful condition and has performed flawlessly. It arrived well-packed and even two days earlier than anticipated.     Older Apple Quality Keyboard, Perfect Smart Design, #1 Keyboard

    Apple's older model wired keyboard that has 2 usb ports also built in, so you can plug in a usb wired Apple Mighty Mouse. Purchased this keyboard even though I also have the newer wireless one and wireless mouse. Keyboard layout comfortable on the hands and like other Apple products perfectly designed, a light on the caps lock button is my favorite feature, wish all keyboards had this feature, Not having to worry about batteries or bluetooth working was my main reason of switching backwards to their older keyboard. Well built, smart design, years of use built in, plus finding this keyboard on the Internet at 1/2 the price of a newer one make this keyboard an outstanding buy for those wanting Apple quality products.     Good to use but the cord is too short
